No refunds will be issued in any event, unless stated otherwise, including but not limited to, not receiving the evaluation anticipated, evaluations that appear to be altered, evaluations not being accepted by anyone. Any requests for a refund before we have commenced the evaluation process, will be charged a $25.00 processing fee as well as any and all shipping fees incurred.
In the event of the client submitting altered and/or irregular documents, we will cancel your application request with no refund, retain all documents submitted, and report the information to the appropriate authorities.
ECEI is not responsible for client deadlines even if they are missed due to a clerical error at ECEI. Clients must take into consideration that even overnight express mail gets lost, mis-delivered, or delivered late and that ECEI will not refund evaluation fees or any special rush fees or mailing fees when such deadlines are missed. Rush times are not guaranteed, although we are over 95% on time. We are not responsible for delays or the results of delays. If additional documents are required there may be time delays that are out of our control. We are not responsible for acts of God such as power outages, website problems, hard copy deliveries, holiday mail schedules, etc.
