About Personal Information
This is the privacy question we are asked most often. We know how important information about our applicants is in our business, both to you and us, as well as other companies. We are not in the business of selling your information to others. Any emails you receive from us are sent by us and carefully approved by our staff. ECEI uses personal information solely for the purpose of evaluation. ECEI reserves the right to contact both the recipients of the evaluation and the academic institutions that the applicant has attended to request further information on programs of study, verification of documents, etc.
Any information you enter on our Web site or give to us in any other way is stored securely on our servers. You may always choose not to provide certain information, but in doing so, you may deny yourself the ability to use the site or use certain features. In most cases, we use the information applicants provide for such purposes as assisting with service, responding to your applicant queries, customizing emails for applicants, and simply communicating.
ECEI may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit member referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this user agreement. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in ECEI its programs and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statements other than as set forth in this agreement.
